International Return Policy

At Roots & Flame, we proudly ship our products worldwide. Due to the nature of international shipping, customs regulations, and food safety requirements, all international sales are final.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges on any international orders. Once an international order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned.

Customs, Duties, and VAT

Customers are solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their destination country. Failure to pay these fees may result in delayed delivery, refusal of the shipment, or the package being returned or abandoned. In these situations, Roots & Flame will not issue a refund or replacement.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Roots & Flame is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses and cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We will review each claim and, at our sole discretion, determine an appropriate resolution if an error occurred on our part.
