International Shipping Policy

Roots & Flame is pleased to offer international shipping to select countries.

International customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs fees, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or any other charges required by their country to clear and receive an order.

Roots & Flame does not collect, pay, or clear VAT, customs duties, or import taxes on behalf of international customers. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If customs fees, VAT, or duties are not paid and the package is delayed, returned, refused, or abandoned, Roots & Flame is not responsible for any resulting delays, additional costs, or non-delivery.

By placing an international order with Roots & Flame, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import requirements.
